Unlike other tech brands, our staff actually come from hospitality. As such our training sessions are fun, engaged, and easy-to-understand on a practical level. We work in small groups (usually 6-8 staff members), can do training by roles in either kitchen, behind the bar or front of house, and also do seperate management training. These sessions include broad overviews of the whole system as well as the many day-to-day features and options they will be using. Staff will move into the new POS system with confidence as we answer any questions and run through the many features that will make their jobs easier.
